As an IHG Platinum-Level member I try to stay at their portfolio hotels when possible. I stayed at this hotel just after it opened in 2019 and happy to see it now that it is completely finished. The King Bed Premium Room with Balcony is very comfortable and the balcony is private and surrounded by greenery with nice two comfortable chairs. A local friend and I enjoyed having a beer in this nice environment. The shower is huge and has a floor to ceiling glass enclosure with excellent water pressure and hot water. This was the nicest shower arrangement of all the hotels I stayed in during my month-long European trip.The hotel also has a small but nicely appointed fitness center and a large sauna area, which I did not have time to use. The hotel is a short walk from the train station, and there is a small elevator outside to get your bags up to the entrance-level. When you are in Osnabruck you can enjoy nice accommodations at the Holiday Inn.

Room: We had family room No. 306. It is in the 2nd OG, behind. The room is small but totally functional furnished. Double bed (1.60m wide?) and two floor beds. The room includes a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing basin. All was clean, there was nothing to expose. The beds were hard enough, the room was not too cold and not too hot. Otherwise there is air conditioning. Service: The reception was nice, all questions were answered immediately and formalities were completed quickly. Breakfast: When we went to breakfast Sunday morning at 9:00, we adapted a temporarily unfavourable moment, much was no longer available. But the condition was only about 5-10 minutes. Then there was everything again in sufficient number: normal breads, about 5 varieties of hair cut, 2 varieties of skip cheese, frisk cheese, fresh fruit salad, several musli, several marmelades, nutella, eggs, and a lot more. Many milk products were bio products from Andexer. The breakfast room is clean, beautifully large, very bright and with direct view to the train station. Concluded: We would come back. Definitive.
